Guys, WE ARE HUMAN! We are subject to the same feelings as others around us. STOP PRETENDING! STOP HIDING! STOP IGNORING THE TRUTH! The sooner we are real with ourselves, the better our quality of life will become! It is okay to admit that we need to talk, and more importantly, TO ACTUALLY TALK! But because we don’t talk, we are hurting our wives, our girlfriends, our children, our families and most of all, OURSELVES! We have to heal in order for our children to be whole! Kids learn by example, and the more we hide from our feelings, the more they will hide from theirs! We are better than that. Are we going to continue to perpetuate this dysfunctional cycle of behavior, or are we going to be REAL MEN? I implore you to reach out to someone and express your pain.
