GirlTrek is the largest health movement for Black Women in America. Co-Founded by two college friends, Morgan Dixon and Vanessa Garrison. Their mission is to rally one million Black women to establish a life-saving habit of daily walking as a tribute to those who walked before us and as a radical act of selfcare.
