THE SURVEYED PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY IMPROVED AS FOLLOWS: 2 - ONE STORY BRICK SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND 5-PORTABLE CLASSROOM BUILDINGS. 13. THE SURVEYED PROPERTY HAS THE FOLLOWING PARKING COUNTS: 61 TOTAL PARKING SPACES - 1 HANDICAP SPACE (ALTA TABLE “A” ITEM 9) 14. THE SURVEYED PROPERTY IS ADJACENT TO, CONTIGUOUS WITH AND HAS DIRECT PHYSICAL ACCESS TO GRAVES ROAD AND MCCORKLE ROAD, BOTH ARE DEDICATED AND IMPROVED PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY, THE SURVEYED PROPERTY IS ALSO ADJACENT TO AND CONTIGUOUS WITH WINCHESTER ROAD A DEDICATED AND IMPROVED PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE SURVEYOR OBSERVED NO EVIDENCE OF ANY RECENT STREET OR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIRS AND HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY PROPOSED CHANGES IN STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES (ALTA TABLE “A” ITEM 17) 17.
