On October 21, 2019, at 4 PM CST, the minutes of the August 20th, September 17th, and October 2nd meetings were approved, the results of the City of Memphis’ Municipal election held October 3rd were certified, resolutions for the run-off election were made, a review of rejected voter registration applications was discussed, and attorney and administrator reports were given before new business and public comments were addressed.
