The many steps involved are complicated so when applications are submitted with errors it adds even more delays. Deputy Beaudet shared the top errors identified by city administrators. The ISA has been instrumental in working with Mayor Lightfoot and her teams to seek ways to expedite the turnaround time in sign permitting.
