Membership dues shall be in amounts specified by the Board of Directors and designated on the Membership Application form. Article IX – COMMITTEES 1. The following shall be considered standing committees of the Association, and their chairmen shall be appointed by the President with the approval of the Board of Directors. The chairmen shall serve for a period of one year, or until his successors shall have been appointed and vested in office. ▪ Program Committee ▪ Legislative Committee ▪ Membership Committee 2. From time to time, the President, with the consent of the Board of Directors, may appoint such other committees as are deemed necessary to further the objective of the Association. Article X – AMENDMENTS 1. These bylaws may be amended or repealed at any regular or special meeting of the Association, after proper meeting notice has been served on the regular membership.
