Strategic Goals 1. MEMBERSHIP AND COMMUNITY…Enhance the ISA value proposition and grow the community through membership, trade and supplier engagement, conferences, programs and events, communications and professional ethics. 2. KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION…Create, develop, capture and distribute indispensable knowledge and resources for professional development and education, research, trends, and best practices. 3. ADVOCACY…Advance the association's role in local governmental relations, position papers, white papers, policy statements, industry standards and workforce development. 4.
