Hello and Happy New Year! First I want to say, I am thrilled to be the Manager of HSL! I first started my journey in March of 2009 and haven’t looked back. {The animals just get me ;)}. I look forward to 2021 being a fantastic year full of placing animals in the puuurfect home, helping stray animals find their way home, and providing great medical care to each animal that walks in the shelter door. We started out the year with a BANG! We had 10 animals find their furever homes within four days! We have been busy calling in cats and dogs from our wait list to get them ready for adoption! We are hoping to get back in the swing of things and be able to welcome volunteers back into the building! Thank you all for your support, I can not wait to welcome you all back into the shelter. Stay positive and keep smiling!
