NAHB NEWS 55+ Builder Confidence Strengthens in 2nd Quarter housing marBuilder confidence in the single-family 55+ ket strengthened in the second quarter of 2017 with a reading of 66, up 11 points from the previous quarter, according to the NAHB 55+ Housing Market Index (HMI) released today. This is a huge win for NAHB, and brings us a big step closer to a program that protects home builders and home owners living in the floodplain. Read More 30 HBRA of Fairfield County | SUMMER 2017
