Over 90 HBRA members, guests, and building officials attended either of the two October seminars on the 2016 Building Code Changes at the Ring's End Educational Center in Stratford. Milton Gregory (Greg) Grew, AIA offered an excellent commentary on the new and amended IRC building codes that were effective on October 1st. Greg has over 30 years experience in the design and construction industry. He is licensed as a building official, interior designer, home inspector, EPA certified renovator, home improvement contractor, and new home construction contractor, which gave the attendees a well-rounded building industry perspective.
