Sponsored by the HBRA of Connecticut, the HOBI Awards offers recognition to builders, remodelers and suppliers for excellence in home design and construction, home technology, sales and marketing and home financing. Only HBRA members may enter any house, development or product built, remodeled, supplied, marketed or financed by an HBRA member after January 2014 or a community service project undertaken in 2016. Winners will be notified by October 14th. Awards and a Power Point show of the winning entries will be presented at the HBRA of Connecticut HOBI Awards Dinner on Wednesday, November 16th, 2016 at the Aqua Turf in Southington, CT. Winners will be featured in Connecticut Builder magazine, and will benefit from local and state wide media coverage and publicity. DOWNLOAD THE FILLABLE PDF APPLICATION The Building Hope Foundation Gala & Silent Auction Set for December 3rd The 2016 Building Hope Foundation Gala in collaboration with the HBRA of Fairfield County will be held on December 3rd at Giovanni’s in Darien. The Annual Gala and Silent Auction is the main fundraiser for the organization that benefits disadvantaged homeowners, veterans, and handicapped children in Fairfield County, and provides college and trade school scholarships to HBRA members, employees of members and their dependents. Each year the HBRA of Fairfield County presents awards and recognitions to association members for their excellence in their respective industry. The Building Hope Foundation presents their philanthropic awards to both association members and non-members for their outstanding commitment of donated time and resources to the Building Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization that benefits disadvantaged homeowners, veterans and special needs children in Fairfield County. “We at Building Hope are truly blessed that many of our industries top professionals are dedicated to our vision for a better world.
