John Conte, III, son of owners, Kim & John Conte, has recently come on board as Director of Operations. John is a professional engineer licensed in the State of Connecticut. He has eight years’ experience in Civil Engineering, Planning and Construction. John has indepth proficiency on a range of project sizes, including single family residential houses and estates, multifamily residential developments, as well as large scale commercial, institutional and campus sized projects. John’s capabilities include all stages of development from initial feasibility studies, through the permitting, construction, and close out of projects. John joins us from a local engineering company, where he has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in managing the workflow of complex projects.
