The Home Builders Association of Illinois (HBAI) has announced that Pivot Management Professionals (Pivot) has assumed management duties of the association. Sara E. Decatoire, CAE, IOM of Pivot has been named HBAI Executive Officer. Sara Decatoire, CAE, IOM experienced association management professional with extensive experience in all aspects of association management. Excels at relationship building and strategic thinking skills to effectively lead an organization by increasing engagement of members, optimizing available resources and achieving excellence in customer service. “The HBAI Board of Directors is deeply committed to the future of the Association and remains focused on our mission to serve as the voice of the housing/building industry in Illinois,” said HBAI President Dean Graven. “We firmly believe the Pivot Management Professionals represents the perfect choice to reshape this organization into one equipped to meet he needs of our entire membership and keep us well positioned into the future.” The Pivot team is lead by Ms. Decatoire and Sandra J.
