The evening started with a large crowd at the PAC Government Official Reception including Congressmen, State Senators, State Representatives and Mayors. The banquet began with video testimonials from our members and supporters. This year each entry of the Remodeler of Distinction Award was shared with a video presentation. 2016 President, Jeff Schmidt presented the Presidential Citations and thanked everyone for their support of our industry and appreciation for keeping the HBA strong. The Lifetime Achievement award is the main surprise of the evening for one deserving member - Len Wolf! Then onto the Installation of our officers and finally, the moment everyone was waiting for, the Installation of our 2017 President, David Padgett. We are grateful to all those that continue to support the HBA and look forward to keeping members involved, informed and proud to be part of the only local residential building industry trade association.
