One of those expenses being the replacement of the driver's seatbelt. There was no need for the police officer to cut my seatbelt. I did not disengage my seatbelt for fear of my life because after the door was opened by one police officer the other officer had gloves on and presented a posture to openly fire his arm/gun. There was no need to cut my seatbelt in order for me to safely exit my car. That is going to cost $400.00 to have reinstalled not including labor costs. I was in initial shock and believed that my car was about to blow up because of the heat sensation that I felt when my car ended up at the crash site.
