12 GROUNDCOVER NEWS FOOD No-knead soda bread LUIZA DUARTE CAETANO Groundcover contributor Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour and some more for dusting ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ¾ cup buttermilk or yogurt Directions: Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a wooden spoon or spatula. Dust a flat surface with some flour and roll the dough onto it, shaping it into a ball. Place the bread on the baking sheet and make two cuts across it with a sharp knife. Bake for about 30 min or until the bread sounds hollow when you tap the bottom.
