Drilling Series Drilling Simulator To help improve, optimize, and offset the cost of expensive drilling well operations, our drilling simulator uses a realistic well-bore chamber to test the peneration rate of actual core samples. 1" 2.5" 1" M2200 DRILLING SIMULATOR Features • Simulate drilling operations and optimize mud systems • Test penetration rate on core samples using a real drill bit Core sample options can be different types, such as sandstone, limestone, ceramic, etc., allowing the user to select for the matching rock parameters. • Penetration rate is measured through linear tranducers. • Pressure and temperature of the simulation chamber are controlled by M2200 PC software, which monitors and records test results in real time. • Filtration during the drilling process can also be measured.
