Shaping a Market-Responsive Real Estate Graduate Portfolio New Graduate Seminar Offers Real-World Insights Students in Lecturer David Sliwicki’s new Real Estate Graduate Seminar Series enjoyed the opportunity to learn from and engage with leading real estate professionals. At the Wisconsin Real Estate Program, learning directly from industry experts and exploring real-world projects is a cornerstone of our applied learning experience. Fall 2024: Full Launch of New Sustainable Real Estate and Affordable Housing Graduate Track. Led by Professor Chris Timmins and Paul Alyesworth, the new Sustainable Real Estate and Affordable Housing track is fully launched. This track aims to equip future leaders with the skills and knowledge to tackle pressing global challenges, including affordable housing, the impacts of climate change, housing equity, and sustainable real estate practices. We anticipate this program will attract a diverse group of applicants committed to making a positive impact in these critical areas. Graduate Student Immerse Themselves into the Real Estate Markets of Paris and London A group of Wisconsin Real Estate Graduate students traveled to London and Paris for an immersive deep dive into two of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.
