Fall 2024: Full Launch of New Sustainable Real Estate and Affordable Housing Graduate Track. Led by Professor Chris Timmins and Paul Alyesworth, the new Sustainable Real Estate and Affordable Housing track is fully launched. This track aims to equip future leaders with the skills and knowledge to tackle pressing global challenges, including affordable housing, the impacts of climate change, housing equity, and sustainable real estate practices. We anticipate this program will attract a diverse group of applicants committed to making a positive impact in these critical areas.
