Highlights from this year include: • Industry Engagement: Joseph Paskov, CPA, visited the classroom to share insights from his professional experience and guide students through a real-world case study. • Collaborative Learning: Students analyzed a deal prepared in collaboration with Bill Camp’s Real Estate Finance course, then compared their findings to the actual outcome. • Applied Skill Development: The experience offered practical lessons in deal evaluation, decisionmaking, and analytical thinking — bridging the gap between academia and the workplace.
