Culinary 2 students have made a commitment to being a professional in appearance and skills acquired. They also make a commitment to completing the classwork and homework that is part of the course. While we have fun cooking and enjoy eating what we prepare, there is also a classroom and textbook that we use. If you decide this is not what you want as a career, it is still a great course to take. We will teach you the basics of cooking, how to shop effectively, and how to take care of your family and yourself. These are lessons that travel with you and can be used regardless of which career path you choose.
