You can book a civil marriage ceremony with the Town if you're looking for a simple, non-religious ceremony. Ceremonies are conducted at Victoria Hall in the historic court room. If you’re looking to apply for a marriage licence visit Cobourg.ca/weddings for step-by-step instructions. All marriage licence applications must be completed online. The Mayor’s Office is located at Victoria Hall 55 King St. W.
