Seniors 55+ Activity Centre SPECIALITY PROGRAMS: Group Training Small groups with specific personal training programs. Offered in 6 week sessions. Please contact the CCC for availability. Yoga 55+ One of our most popular programs, this gentle yoga class incorporates stretching, balancing and muscle strengthening postures. A variety of breathing techniques and guided meditation are introduced. Chair Yoga A functional yoga class that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Balance, flexibility and deep breathing are the focus of this class that will leave you feeling refreshed. Pickleball Clinics This program will teach you new skills and provide guidance to help you take your game to the next level. Participants will learn the third shot drop, punch volley, and how to control hard hitters and smashers, as well as have the opportunity to ask the instructor tailor the sessions to work on specific skills you are looking to improve on.
