Concert Hall Partners Northumberland Players The Northumberland Players prides itself as Northumberland County’s premiere community theatre company, operating for the past forty-three years from the vibrant arts community of Cobourg! The Players perform in multiple venues in the area, offering dinner theatre at the Best Western Plus Cobourg Inn & Convention Centre, a musical every winter at The Cameco Capitol Arts Centre in Port Hope, a yearly youth theatre production in historic Victoria Hall, and several intimate productions at their headquarters in the Firehall Theatre. The company also operates the largest costume house in the region with rentals available from their diverse stock of items collected over hundreds of productions. With over 400 active volunteers, a busy ten-production season schedule, a vibrant Youth Theatre/Summer Camp offering, and many free or low-cost workshops, the Players have something for everyone!
