Mothers of Newborns Program YMCA Northumberland The Mothers of Newborns Program at the YMCA is designed to provide mothers with an easy and safe path towards health and wellness while creating a network of support and belonging during their babies first year. Program pass includes access to the Cobourg and Brighton YMCA facilities, specialty programming, social networking opportunities and much more.
