STAUB EAGLE RANCH, INC. Post Office Box 7200 Chestnut Mountain, GA 30502 t: 770.967.8500 · f: 770.967.3757 EagleRanch.org Reflections For my 60th birthday, my wife Kayanne asked me to share with our children experiences that had a significant impact on my life. There were about six such events, half of which happened before the age of twenty. Upon reflection, it struck me how instrumental our early years are in setting our course in life. This truth underscores the great responsibility we have here at Eagle Ranch with the children in our care. Of course it is not just what happens in our life that is impactful, but how we process it. It is our privilege at Eagle Ranch to walk alongside our boys and girls as they address the painful experiences in their lives. Time and again, I have heard from our graduates how profound the lessons they learned at Eagle Ranch were in shaping who they have become as adults. It is true that nothing is wasted in our lives; God is always shaping us and redeeming the bad to work for our good (Romans 8:28). We appreciate your support that allows us to positively impact the children of Eagle Ranch. God’s grace and peace to you and your family. Sincerely Edwin J. Staub Founder and Executive Director “Even youths grow tired and weary and young men stumble and fall. But those who trust in the Lord for help will find their strength renewed. They will soar with wings as eagles.” Isaiah 40:30-31
