Huda Al-Jamal has been running Rev 9 for over 12 years and has had student art and music showcases in the shop for as long as her door has been open. Most recently, she had showings by Camila Killion and Reina Bolaris. If you want your art displayed, speak to Huda or email info@r9fairfax.com. Music showcases happen almost monthly, and many Drake students and bands have performed there, including Black Strap Marauders, the Drake Jazz Combo, Banana Soup, and Table.
