As we structure operations, it is vital to foster a culture of leadership at all levels. This means empowering the staff with the skills and knowledge to make informed decisions and act swiftly in the face of adversity. Important considerations for our team include maintaining open communication channels, prioritising mental health and well-being, and ensuring that our actions are always guided by empathy and a deep understanding of the needs of those we serve.
