In this context, the Charter created a robust framework that supports competency development, strengthening organisational structures, fostering a productive work environment, and enhancing workforce skills to meet the evolving demands of the PSCoD. Bearing in mind the transformative context, the ORR was not just about addressing present challenges in the public sector; it was also about anticipating future hurdles. CARICAD understands this context. CARICAD's interventions, therefore, were holistic, diverse, and aligned with the long-term Resilience Vision of Dominica. Our interventions, therefore, targeted and achieved the streamlining of structures, understanding the true essence of each role, and reclassifying them accordingly. By so doing, the PSCoD, through the ORR, has effectively positioned itself for future sustainable growth and success.
