This three-year plan will guide the College’s growth from 2025 to 2027, ensuring alignment with national and regional standards. The CARICAD team of Franklyn Michael and Maria Mason-Roberts, CARICAD’ s Consultant from GWMR in Trinidad will help CFBC align its vision and mission with strategic goals. CARICAD’s Rosemund Warrington provides conceptual and planning guidance.
