A JOINT delegation from the Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD) and the Caribbean Leadership Project (CLP) recently visited some of CARICAD’s member states. The Turks and Caicos Islands’ (TCI) Deputy Governor and Head of the Public Service, who was at the time Acting Governor, Her Excellency Anya Williams hosted the delegation to discuss the launch of what will now be known as the “Caribbean Leadership Programme” in that territory. The CLP was developed to assist member states across the region to build current and future leadership capabilities in the public sector and elsewhere.
