T HE Barbados Vocational Training Board (BVTB) has approved its 2018-2022 Strategic Plan. The entire Strategic Planning process was facilitated and supported by CARICAD under the specific guidance of Mr. Franklyn Michael, Programme Specialist and Mrs. Rosemund Warrington, Organisational Development and Human Resources Management Specialist.
