To reside in Elevate Community, an applicant must meet financial guidelines for low income housing. Occupants will be responsible for monthly rent, and proper care and upkeep of their home, as well as following a set of rules for personal conduct. Another stipulation of becoming a part of this new development is residency. Each applicant must prove that he or she has been a resident of Taney County for at least 12 months prior to occupying a home in Elevate Community. Businesses, organizations and individuals can sponsor one or more of the tiny homes.
