(Submitted to Branson Globe) Roever, a Vietnam veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart, served as a river boat gunner in the elite Brown Water Black Beret. Roever now travels the globe, sharing his story of survival with engaging humor and hope in the face of insurmountable obstacles. He tells his story in churches, public schools, business conventions and with U.S. military forces stationed around the world. Joining Roever for a Freedom Rally at 5 p.m., is John Arroyo. Arroyo spit the majority of his enlisted service as a Green Beret, and is a survivor of the April 2, 2014 mass shooting at Fort Hood, Texas. Doctors told ArSpeaker John Arroyo.
