This will cover Vihiga, Luanda, Emuhaya and Sabatia sub-counties. This will enable Audio and Video recording of all proceedings in court. Speaking during the 5th International Interdisciplinary Research Conference 2018 held by Mount Kenya University in collaboration with Kyambogo University (Uganda), Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (Nigeria) and University of Eldoret (Kenya), Getao urged universities to enhance digital literacy to spur economic growth. “We must use digital literacy for positive initiatives that transform the world around us,” she told delegates at the conference. Getao urged universities to partner with industrialists to develop solutions to national concerns in a bid to improve livelihoods. She also rooted for true education that not only transforms but makes learners active and positive influencers.
