MONITORING AND EVALUATION JOURNEY This year has seen the first full year of implementation of our M&E approach. Our four end-of-program outcomes, which align with our strategic priorities, have been closely monitored and evaluated to ensure we embrace a resultsbased culture, from which we can learn and grow. Throughout 2016-17 we have tracked our progress, reflected on our successes and weaknesses, made modifications to our business practices and reported our findings, leading to full accountability to our Members.
