With a rich multicultural background stemming from Italian roots and a strong Brazilian influence, I bring a unique perspective and wealth of experience. I have been a proud resident of Saugus for close to a decade, establishing not just my home but also my business here. As the owner of a mortgage company based in our town, I have a fi rsthand understanding of the local economy, the challenges that companies face, and the potential for growth and prosperity within our community. I am running for the Board of Selectmen because I believe in Saugus, its potential, and its people’s strength. I see a future where our town is not just surviving but thriving—businesses are fl ourishing, job opportunities are plentiful, and the community is united. My chief issues and objectives revolve around economic growth, job creation, and fostering a sense of unity and inclusion within our diverse population. I am committed to attracting new businesses to Saugus, creating an environment where existing businesses can succeed, and generating more job opportunities for our residents. I speak English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese fl uently and am dedicated to ensuring that every community member feels heard and represented. Inclusion is not just a word to me; it is a guiding principle of my campaign and my vision for Saugus. Furthermore, I strongly advocate for revising the Saugus Charter through the Charter Commission initiative. I believe in responsible and responsive governance, and I am committed to ensuring that our town’s charter truly represents the needs and values of all Saugus residents.
