If I could make one change to improve the operation of town government and the governance of Saugus Public Schools, it would be to establish a comprehensive accountability and modernization initiative that brings our systems, policies, and operations in line with today’s needs. The way our town government was structured was established at a very different time, with a very different scope of needs.
