McCullough holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University. He also studied Psychology and Business at Springfield College. The Animal Control Officer serves as a public safety officer for the Town of Saugus and responds to all requests for assistance with animals ranging from domestic, wild or dangerous, as well as animals in distress. The Animal Control Officer is also tasked with enforcing state and local laws and ordinances related to the keeping of animals, management of wildlife and animal abuse or neglect. McCullough will serve under the direction of the Saugus Police Chief.
