Several tall, frightening-looking creatures have come out of storage and are now guarding the inside entrance. It’s all part of the preparation for the Third Annual Saugus Town Hall Trick or Treat Event, which takes place from 3 to 4:30 p.m. next Thursday (Oct. 29) at Saugus Town Hall. Saugus kids and their families are invited to explore Town Hall as it transforms into a fun, family-friendly Halloween adventure. Town of Saugus employees dressed in Halloween costumes will hand out assorted treats to children as they make their way through Town Hall. “Families can expect a few spooky surprises along the way!” Saugus Town Manager Scott C.
