AFCNS earned the top qualification for the second time in a row. AFCNS has more than 350 clients with significant disabilities living in private homes in Essex County. AFCNS Founder/Program Director Cynthia C. Bjorlie, M.D. is proud of the teamwork that went into achieving this accreditation. “AFCNS has demonstrated that it meets international standards for quality and is committed to pursuing excellence.
