Patrick Wiswall, 50, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, larceny over $1,200, larceny under $1,200, property vandalization, witness intimidation and conspiracy. Chelsea District Court Judge William Farrell ordered Wiswall be held in jail on $50,000 cash bail during his arraignment last week. The judge also agreed to Suff olk County Assistant District Attorney Liana LaMattina’s request that the defendant have no contact with the victim or witness in the event he is released on bail.
