THE OLD AND THE NEW: Retiring Saugus Public Schools Superintendent Dr. David DeRuosi, Jr., and his successor, Erin McMahon, who takes over as the new leader of the town’s public school system on July 1. A GOOD WAY TO END IT: The Saugus High Class of 2021 was the first to graduate from the new Saugus Middle-High School complex and was probably the last to receive their diplomas at the old Stackpole Field.
