Vogler here are 10 fi nancial articles totaling $18.4 million on the agenda for next Monday’s (May 6) Special Town Meeting set for 7:30 p.m. in the second fl oor auditorium at Town Hall. The big ticket item for the session that will precede the start of the Annual Town Meeting is a request to borrow $5.7 million to fund the construction of several capital improvement projects for the town’s drainage system.
