Since then Peabody has emerged on top on six straight occasions. In the last meeting back on Turkey Day 2019, the Tanners scored two second-half touchdowns to break a 7-7 deadlock and eventually win 21-7. If the Sachems hope to reverse the recent trend in Peabody’s favor, they will need their strongest effort of the season. The Tanners sport a 4-1 record and have signature wins over perennially powerful programs like Danvers, Beverly and Masconomet. They crushed Gloucester 41-0 on the road last week and lost a close 20-13 decision at Marblehead back in March.
