The volunteers who tirelessly give time, energy, manpower and dedication cannot be matched. The crew shows up every week with smiles, ready to serve our community. This past Thanksgiving the pantry volunteers delivered packaged dinner makings with turkeys to over 100 Saugus households in need. The success of the food pantry relies on the generous food and monetary donaand grateful! The recipients of food relief are comforted knowing they have a constant source to depend on when fighting food insecurity. During the pandemic, we have seen the struggle mount and it’s been an opportunity to collect, prepare, and deliver door-to-door to households who unexpectedly found themselves housebound and quarantined.
