Page 10 THE SAUGUS ADVOCATE – FRIDAY, MARCH 25, 2022 Boston Bruins vs Nifty All-Stars to benefit kidney cancer research in Memory of Dr. Rachael Smith The Boston Bruins Alumni recently faced off against the Nifty All-Stars in Winthrop’s Larsen Rink at the Eruzione Center for a charity fundraiser to benefi t kidney cancer research. Following the game an “After Party” was held at the Orient Heights Yacht Club. Dr. Rachel Smith recently passed away and her family – husband Dave and children Daniel and Sydney – were on hand to accept the check. Daniel and Sydney took part in a puck dropping ceremony. State Rep. Donald Wong was on hand for the game; he is shown with Bruins Goalie Keith Segee and Todd Angilly, who performed the National Anthem.
