Cicolini, who vowed late last year to make it a personal goal to help create a place where town residents can walk their dogs for exercise, briefed selectmen on his informal dog park committee at Tuesday (Jan. 25) night’s meeting. In a short period of time, Cicolini and the small group have developed a plan that focuses on Stocker Field as a possible location. He said the group has also discussed organizing into a nonprofit organization with intentions of having a “zero impact” on the town. called champ? 10. On Jan. 31, 1940, Ida 1.
