Coverage of a busy Town Meeting garnered seven frontpage stories. The presidential and state primary elections made the cover four times. The town’s fl ooding problems – which were rated by one official as the worst he’s seen since the Blizzard of 1978 – the town’s eff ort to improve parks and playgrounds, and discussion of the proposed School Department budget were the subject of three front-page articles.
