Councillors felt there are positive elements in the plan they could support, and all agreed that more discussion is needed before any vote to offi cially adopt it. City Council President Anthony Cogliandro explained that the decision to table the plan would give officials and residents more time for questions and discussion. During the upcoming two years a constellation of past historical events will be occurring that are signifi cant to both our national and local histories, as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution and the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
