Piazza, 96, was a VFW member, World War II veteran, founding member of the Beachmont Improvement Committee, Senior Center member, International Sand Sculpturing Festival chairman, a retired traveling salesman and one of Revere’s most special and enduring personalities. Lenny was all Revere, all the time – and could be found, as either a organizer, supporter or a participant at many of the Beach City’s special events throughout his life. A memorial step was dedicated in his honor on Sunday. Lenny will truly be missed – and remembered. Need a hall for your special event?
